Catherine Greenfeder
Born in Greenwich Village, New York, I came under the influence of the rich ethnic diversity which included local artists, writers, and actors. A move to Staten Island expanded my experiences with suburban life. It is there that I attended public schools, grew up, met and later married my husband. We moved to New Jersey in the mid-eighties, and we have a young adult son. I am a full-time teacher as well as an author.

Writing for me has been a lifelong passion. I spent a long time writing non-fiction including freelance articles, publicity, advertising, and technical writing. In my thirties I began to write more fiction including the draft of my historical romance Wildflowers. I have since written four books and a dozen stories. I'm currently working on a new paranormal romance novel.

Angels Among Us, published by Wings e Press, Feb. 2006

Some things even a clever artist and psychic can't know. When Kay Lassiter returned to New Jersey to make peace with her past, she didn't count on meeting her guardian angel. He leads her in the investigation of her parents' deaths. Along the way Kay learns that she can love again and that despite the problems in the world, there are angels among us.

Wildflowers, published by Wings e Press, June 2007

In 1848 Johanna Wade left her native Boston for Missouri to join her father's missionary party going to the Oregon Territory. She didn't count on meeting the rough-hewn and handsome trail guide Ryan Majors. Danger and desire await Ryan and Johanna as they struggle with their pasts, work toward their future, and become converts to love.
